Time is Money?

Tommy, the head of a company in Jakarta, Indonesia. Once, he arrived at his home at 9 pm.
Unusually, his son, dinda, age 9 years to open the door for him.
Apparently he had waited long enough.

"Why not sleep?" asked Tommy
"I'm waiting for Daddy to go home, because I want to ask, How much salary Daddy?"
"You count it ..
Each day Dad worked about 10 hours and paid IDR 400.000
Every month an average of 22 working days,
Sometimes Saturday is overtime.
How much salary Papa? "

"If one day, Daddy paid IDR 400.000 / 10 hours, means 1 hour Daddy paid IDR 40.000 "

"Well, you're clever. Now wash your feet, keep sleeping yaa.." said Tommy
"Daddy, I may borrow the money IDR 5.000??" asked Dinda
"Why ask for money nights like this? Sleep .." asked Tommy
"But Daddy..." said Dinda
"Daddy told Dinda to sleep!" said Tommy
Dinda ran to his room with a sad.

After bathing, Tommy regret his action. Then Tommy to his son's room. Tommy saw dinda in her bedroom, crying and holding the money IDR 15.000

Stroking the head Dinda, tommy says, "Daddy apologized yaa... Daddy love u, Dinda. But why ask for money now?"

"Papa, I'm not asking for money. I just borrowed, I'll return if already saving more than pocket money this week." said Dinda

"Yes, yes, but why?" asked Tommy

"I'm waiting for Daddy, since 8 o'clock. Dinda would like to invite Daddy, take 30 minutes to play snake ladder. Mama say to me that times Daddy was very valuable. So, I want to change the time Daddy. I open my savings there are only IDR 15.000 ... Because Daddy, 1 hour paid IDR 40.000, then half an hour I had to replace 20,000. My savings are less IDR 5.000, so I want to borrow from Daddy. " Dinda plain words

Tommy was silent. He lost for words.
The little girl hugged tight with emotion.
He had discovered that an abundance of wealth who gave him all this time, not enough to "buy" happiness of her child.

The moral message ..
"For the World you are only one, but for someone you are the WORLD him"
Give time for the loved ones!

Gamescom: Five Upcoming Games 2012

"Lollipop Chainsaw" blends cheerleaders with zombies in a truly different
In only its third year, the gaming convention has quickly grabbed the attention of the global video game industry. Many game publishers now use Gamescom to debut brand new titles to the thousands of attending international media.

Here are five new games that debuted at the show that you'll want to keep an eye out for next year.

"Dishonored" (publisher: Bethesda Softworks; developer: Arkane Studios; Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, 2012)

From the creators of "Thief" and "Deus Ex" comes a brand new open-world adventure game. Players assume the role of the empress's bodyguard, Corvo, who's been falsely accused of murdering her.

The game is set within the steampunk city of Dunwall, which is fully populated with virtual characters (both good and bad) that gamers can interact with in unique ways.

The first-person shooter action game allows gamers to use guns and gadgets, as well as stealth and supernatural powers, to progress on a journey that will be unique for each player.

"WildStar" (publisher: NcSoft; developer: Carbine Studios; PC, 2012)

The massively multiplayer online (MMO) space has a new entry from one of the leading publishers. "WildStar" offers a stylized, cartoonish world that looks right out of a Ratchet & Clank console game.

The science fiction game should appeal to fans of Joss Whedon's "Firefly" as well as reigning MMO king "World of Warcraft." It's set on a mysterious planet at the edge of space, and players can navigate this world as an explorer, soldier, scientist or settler as they battle aliens and interact with other gamers in a vibrant fantasy setting.

"Escape Plan" (publisher: Sony Computer Entertainment; developer: Bugbear Entertainment; PS Vita, 2012)

This black-and-white puzzle game introduces a pair of humorous characters -- the skinny Lil, who can inflate to float through levels, and the rotund Laarg, who can break through walls. Players are tasked with guiding this duo through more than 50 puzzle-filled levels.

Keeping its tongue firmly planted in cheek, the developer celebrates every misstep with over-the-top deaths that will put a smile on your face. And the intuitive touch-screen gameplay should keep you coming back for more.

"World of Warplanes" (publisher/developer: Wargaming.net; PC, 2012)

When it comes to MMO games, free-to-play is fast becoming the standard over subscription-based offerings. Millions of gamers are currently fighting online in World War II-era tanks in Wargaming.net's MMO, "World of Tanks."

Come next year, the game maker will introduce a second game to the fray. "World of Warplanes" will feature more than 60 German, British, American and Russian planes, from pre-WW II biplanes of the 1930s to Korean War jet fighters.

Up to 16 players can take to the skies and engage in dogfights in one of three classes of planes: elusive single-engine light fighters, heavy fighters and strafing aircraft. Players will contend with ground forces as well as the unfriendly skies in this free-to-play MMO, which generates revenue through microtransactions to upgrade your planes for combat.

"Lollipop Chainsaw" (publisher: Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment; developer: Grasshopper Manufacturer; Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, 2012)

The acclaimed Japanese developer behind Electronic Arts' recently released first-person shooter, "Shadows of the Damned," is blending cheerleaders with zombies in a truly different third-person action game.

"Lollipop Chainsaw" puts players behind the pompoms of cheerleader Juliet Starling, who's trying to survive in a high school overrun by the undead. Armed with athleticism (Starling has a full range of cheerleader attacks) and a chainsaw, players will hack and slash their way through zombies and assorted monsters -- most of whom used to be classmates or teachers.

The blood flows freely in this over-the-top action game, which comes from the minds who created games like "Killer 7" and "Silent Hill." Hollywood writer-director James Gunn ("Slither") is helping with the story line, which already serves up plenty of Mature-rated humor.

HP Pavilion p7-1010 Desktop PC

HP Pavilion p7-1010 Desktop PC

The HP Pavilion p7-1010 offers a few nice surprises desktop PC, including a quad-core CPU and a 1TB hard drive. this budget desktop is best suited to basic home productivity tasks like email, Web browsing, and light photo editing. It has room inside for future expansion, but you'll need to upgrade the power supply depending on what components you plan to add.

Design and Features
Most budget desktops are decidedly plain looking, and the p7-1010 is no exception. The black mid-tower case has a glossy black front panel with a four-slot card reader at the top that supports 15 different formats. Below that are two optical drive bays, one of which is occupied by a DVD multi-drive with Lightscribe etching capabilities (the other is vacant). Behind a sliding panel are headphone and microphone jacks and two USB 2.0 ports. A chrome HP badge adorns the lower left corner of the front panel.
You'll need a screwdriver to gain access to the interior via the removable side panel. Inside, there's a hard drive cage occupied by a single 1TB drive that spins at 7,200rpm. It'll take you a while to fill it up, but if you do, there's room for another hard drive as well as a 3.5-inch drive (you'll need tools for these components). Two of the four memory slots are vacant (it can handle up to 16GB of system memory) and there are three PCIe x1 slots and one PCIe x16 slot available. If you do plan to add a graphics card or more drives you'll likely have to upgrade the power supply first as the p7-1010 comes with a low power 250-watt power supply.
On the back of the system are DVI and VGA video outputs, four USB 2.0 ports, an Ethernet port, six audio jacks that support 7.1 channel surround sound, and a digital audio output. Wireless networking comes by way of an integrated 802.11n Wi-Fi radio, a nice feature for a machine in this price range. The p7-1010 comes with a full sized USB keyboard and a USB optical scroll mouse, both of which are very basic but comfortable enough

Performance
The p7-1010 is configured with an AMD Athlon II X4 645 processor, a budget-class quad-core chip that runs at 3.10GHz. It also has 6GB of DDR3 RAM and uses an AMD Radeon HD 4200 to handle the graphics workload. Performance was typical of a low-cost processor. On the flip side, the p7-1010 needed a lengthy 5 minutes 44 seconds to complete our PhotoShop CS5 test, Don't be fooled into thinking that the embedded AMD Radeon HD 4200 will deliver game-worthy graphics; it doesn't. In fact, when it comes to frame rates, its performance is similar to Intel's integrated graphics solution. The p7-1010 managed only 8.5 frames per second (fps) on our medium quality Crysis gaming test. If you're looking for an entry-level desktop that'll serve as a second PC for school projects and other light-duty computing tasks, the HP Pavilion p7-1010 will fit the bill. Its huge hard drive provides plenty of storage for all of your digital content, and since it's Wi-Fi-enabled you can surf the Web wirelessly.

Android Captures Half the Global Smartphone Market

Google Android captured 48% of the smartphone market in Q2 of 2011, hitting an all-time high, according to a report by market research firm Canalys.
Android was the biggest driver of smartphone shipments in Q2, as Android-based smartphone shipments were up 379% year-over-year, coming in at 51.9 million total units shipped. Apple also fared well, with iOS overtaking Nokia's Symbian platform to rise from third to second place. Apple also became the world's leading individual smartphone vendor, stripping Nokia of its long-held leadership position.
The globe is a competitive market, and its lessons are applicable to the US market. Android is the fastest growing mobile platform as well as the most numerous. Digital advertising should begin to be seen as either being the same as mobile advertising or as subservient to mobile advertising.
Fortunately Android offers more options for app development than iOS does. This means the barriers to entry into the app market are lower for Android smartphones.
Agencies need to seize this lower capital need and platform growth as they designs campaigns.

Nintendo 3DS review

Nintendo 3DS
On the top, the 3DS has a darker metallic sheen with a glossy finish that's pretty eye-catching. A brighter color palette decorates the lower half of the 3DS, with a subtle change to the bottom scheme. Overall, the design looks very sleek, although if you hate getting tons of fingerprints on your gaming systems, the 3DS is definitely going to need a wiping cloth.
Where previous DS devices had all of the buttons stashed on the corners and right side of the bottom half, the 3DS boasts an entirely new layout. Having the Select, Home, and Start buttons at the bottom of the 3DS touch-screen is kind of weird, but actually pressing them requires a deliberate amount of force. By far, one of the biggest improvements with the 3DS is the sound system. Appropriately, the Nintendo 3DS boasts graphics that are better than other DS models. Elements in a game's heads-up display like the health bars in Street Fighter IV seem to float right up against the screen, and there's a distinct depth to the overall action. Without the 3D effects altogether, the graphics still look great, but don't expect the same sharpness on old DS games. Pixel-heavy ones like Pokemon Black and White look almost fuzzy on a 3DS, while games with 3D artwork like Final Fantasy IV don't look any worse for wear.
While the hardware is great and the visuals can be fetching, the 3DS has a huge problem in terms of energy usage. If you turn off the Wi-Fi switch, you'll get a couple more hours of power at best, but it's still a notable hindrance for a portable gaming system. With the way the 3DS is designed, you'll have to choose between long gaming sessions or being able to use wireless features like StreetPass and SpotPass Mode. If the background wireless is constantly "on," you'll run a bigger risk of running out of power at a bad time.
By contrast, the DS Lite, DSi, and DSi XL can remain on standby for days at a time.
Strangely, this makes the 3DS impractical for long flights, car trips, and, well, anything that takes longer than a handful of hours. A smaller problem is the 3DS screen itself with the 3D effects on, you have to hold it at just the right angle and distance, even when you're standing perfectly still. Again, this makes the 3DS impractical for traveling. Make no mistake, the Nintendo 3DS has the potential to be a game-changer in a market that's tilted towards one-dollar mobile games, but the issues that come with the technology keep it from matching the hype it's generated.

New iPhone5 Rumors

Another week, another round of iPhone 5 rumors. This time, it's an apparent case for the unreleased phone that has Apple fans buzzing.
Mobile Fun, a British mobile-phone blog, has posted images of what it says is the design for a next-generation iPhone case leaked "from a Chinese case manufacturer."

Some Apple observers speculate that hole indicates a possible new location for the device's antenna, replacing the iPhone 4's much maligned side antenna.
"If these images are authentic -- and we have every reason to believe that they are -- then the iPhone 5 is a radical evolution of the iPhone concept, and a bigger departure from the iPhone 4 than previous case images have shown," the blog post reads.
As well, several other credible news outlets have said that the iPhone 5 will look largely similar to the current iPhone 4."

Another day, another iPhone 5 rumour. The design seems a little like an amalgamation of the original iPhone design coupled with the iPhone 4's. As far as the ergonomics and design are concerned, it looks like a pretty amazing iPhone rip-off, if it is, in fact that.
However, the earlier rumours of the phone having an edge-to-edge screen, a capacitive ‘ovaloid’ sensor or being a buttonless model seem to have been quashed with this new clone model.
Apple has been keen on making their devices leaner in order to boost the portability aspect of the devices. The end users would cherish using new operating system, iOS4.3 on new iPhone 5 interfaces on the go.
Apple will not increase the base price of its marvel device in order to keep the interest amongst its valued customers. Apple has opened up its app store for end users to submit apps pertaining to various categories.
Both free and paid apps are popular amongst the user base which thrives from the global frontiers. Apple is yet to officially disclose any information on the new iPhone. However, it would be interesting to note the release date of the best in class device keeping in mind the international interest and huge demand.

Iriver Story HD EBook Reader

Enjoy your favorite novels on this digital, hi-def book reader from iRiver. This device provides up to two gigabytes of memory and can accommodate an SD card. This device is Wi-Fi enabled, so you can access thousands of title from Google eBooks.
The iriver Story HD is easy to work with and has higher screen resolution than the Kindle.
If you want an e-reader with the best screen available, compared with the Kindle and Nook (not sure about Sony), without all the distractions of email, then the iRiver is an excellent option. I have already put lots of journal articles and textbooks on it via the USB cable, and also
bought a few books from the Google eBookstore, and everything so far has been seamless.
